NextGen Hospitality Challenge

4 November 2026 by INNTO France

The national challenge for Master’s students in Hospitality

The NextGen Hospitality Challenge brings together students from the Hospitality Master’s programmes within the INNTO France network around a real-life business case proposed by a partner hotel, with the aim of addressing the major challenges shaping the future of hospitality.

Over several weeks, the teams step into the role of a consulting firm to develop strategic recommendations responding to the key transformation challenges facing the hospitality industry: value creation, economic performance, guest experience, artificial intelligence, sustainable development and new consumer behaviours.

Following a selection process organised within each of the five member institutes of INNTO France, the best teams will present their projects during the national grand final held at EquipHotel on Wednesday 4 November 2026, in front of a jury composed of hospitality professionals and challenge partners.

Through this challenge, EquipHotel and INNTO France are creating a true ideas laboratory, encouraging dialogue between the future managers of hospitality and industry professionals, while showcasing the talents who will shape the hotel industry of tomorrow.
