EquipHotel is a two-yearly trade exhibition exclusively open to professionals from the hospitality and foodservice industry.

VISITOR PASS ORDERS

EquipHotel badge registration will be opened in 2022.

Do not forget to print your badge before coming to EquipHotel.

There is one car park available at the Exhibition Centre: R.

There are also several others nearby, all easily accessible by public transport.

We recommend using these others during EquipHotel, as car park R is likely to fill up quickly!

VISA APPLICATION

EquipHotel assists you in your visa application process.

Here are the steps you have to complete:

1. Order your badge on the web site

2. Request your invitation letter on your confirmation message.

3. Print out and present this letter together with your visa application at the French Embassy or Consulate in your country.

EquipHotel cannot be held responsible for any refusals of visa applications.
