Corinna Kretschmar-Joehnk is a German interior architect and the author of numerous design books.
She holds a teaching position at Coburg University of Applied Sciences, serves as a jury member for various international competitions, and is the founder and senior advisor of JOI-Design, one of Europe's leading interior design studios, which she built together with her husband Peter Joehnk and now advises, supported by a new young management team.
In 2006 Ruud and his best friend and business partner, Thomas Vanden Abeele, founded WeWantMore. The studio now has 40+ employees and a network of international clients across hospitality, retail and workplace. The studio focuses on the fully experiential, from branding to spatial design, and houses two teams – one dedicated to interior design, the other to branding.
Within the studio’s dual leadership structure, Belmans leads the creative direction. He champions design driven by desire and the beauty of simple ideas crafted to perfection rather than a signature studio style. His work starts from understanding what people want, and turning those insights into experiences that feel relevant and last. Each project is treated as a unique cultural and commercial context with limitless potential.
Together with his team, Ruud has built a global luxury portfolio across hospitality, retail and private commissions, including AccorHotels, Corinthia, McDonald's, Neuhaus, and Loop. A recognised sustainability pioneer, he developed tools like MONARK, and his work has been recognized by AHEAD, Restaurant & Bar Design Awards, FRAME, Architizer and Dezeen.
Lola Rúa is an architect and creative director, founder of Lola Rúa Studio. Her work focuses on the intersection of interior design, craftsmanship and hospitality, creating spaces that combine strong identity with strategic value. The studio specializes in hotel repositioning, hospitality design and spatial activation, often within emblematic buildings.
Her work has been recognized with the FEARLESS Award for Emotional Architecture (2024) and the Entrepreneur Award, Madrid Emprende.
She is also the creator of a documentary project exploring Spanish craftsmanship and its application in contemporary design.
David brings extensive hospitality experience to the broad range of interior design projects that he leads across the hotel, extended stay, co-working, co-living, BTR, and brand development sectors. Since joining the studio shortly after graduating from university, David has worked on both branded and independently owned projects across the UK, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
As head of interior design, David oversees projects from initial concept development to completion and brings with him a passion for creating unique, functional, and sustainable spaces. He believes that building relationships with clients and project stakeholders is crucial in delivering exceptional design on each and every project.
