Les Artcutiers, a consortium of independent SMEs serving food industry professionals, is organising the first championship for stuffed cabbage, a traditional charcuterie recipe.
For many years, Les Artcutiers have been drawing on their know-how and sense of adventure to make and find charcuterie products that stand for excellence, local products, authentic taste and trust.
Reviving this recipe is an obvious next step! It's time to say goodbye to its slightly old-fashioned image, because stuffed cabbage is a gourmet recipe made from local products which allows charcuterie-makers and chefs to fully express their skill.
