France’s Best Receptionist

David Campbell Trophy — Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 November

David Campbell Trophy 2026: the final at EquipHotel Paris

Celebrating the art of hospitality

Organised by AICR France, the David Campbell Trophy recognises talent in hotel reception. In 2026, ten finalists — five professionals and five junior candidates — will demonstrate their skills before a jury at EquipHotel Paris.

Through reception scenarios and a public speaking challenge, the competition highlights the ability to welcome guests, listen, respond quickly and build a connection with each person. Two titles will be awarded: Receptionist of the Year and Junior Receptionist of the Year. The professional winner will go on to represent France in the international AICR World’s Best Receptionist competition. Participation and judging criteria are set out in the competition rules.
