About the organiser

Tables & Auberges de France is a non‑profit federation that has been committed since 1995 to promoting French culinary heritage and independent establishments. It brings together nearly 2,000 members — restaurateurs, hoteliers and artisan producers — who share common values of authenticity, quality and respect for regional traditions.
