The UMIH is organising its Young Bartenders Cocktail Competition!
Students and apprentices from high schools and training centres in the Ile de France region will be competing in pairs for almost 3 hours on the UMIH stand (Pav. 4 - stand B077).
Each young person will have only 12 minutes to make two cocktails:
A long drink cocktail of their own design without alcohol
A short drink cocktail of their own design with alcohol
