This international competition is an opportunity for hotels to highlight their teams’ exemplary achievements in communication, marketing, innovation, human resources, social and environmental responsibility, customer loyalty programmes. 


The “Le Chef Trophy” awards have been organised every year since 1987 by Le Chef magazine and are the only trophies awarded by chefs, for chefs. The trophies for Chef of the Year, Pastry Chef of the Year and Sommelier of the Year have become prestigious distinctions in the world of gastronomy.

Six thousand people, including chefs, pastry chefs, and sommeliers, vote to elect the personalities who best represent French gastronomy. The biggest French names have been distinguished with unique and respected trophies, created by Francis Luzin, the president and founder of the trade magazine, Le Chef.


MAROCOTEL by Equiphotel Paris, is the international trade show for professional goods for the hospitality, foodservice, wellbeing and leisure industries in Casablanca.
