    Serge Dive is the CEO and Founder of Beyond Luxury Media Ltd, a handcrafted and innovative media company dedicated to creating industry-changing marketplaces for the high-end travel market. After launching and selling ILTM Cannes over 10 years ago, he has gone on to help transform the definition of luxury travel by founding several movements tailored to niche sectors of the industry.

    PURE Life Experiences, now entering its 8th year, unites mavericks in the area of experiential travel once a year in Marrakech and is partly responsible for popularising the term ‘experiential’. LE Miami, which celebrates its 4th edition in 2016, was created to mark the shift in luxury by curating a collective of the world’s most rebellious travel brands, buyers and media. Finally, We Are Africa was founded three years ago with the intention of presenting a fresh vision of African travel to the world, away from the tired clichés so often used to sell the continent.

    Looking forward, Dive is focused on expanding the definition of the travel convention by launching the travel industry’s first ‘un-conference’, the Ministry of Ideas, at LE Miami 2016, in addition to a separate un-conference event dedicated to conservation, the Conservation Lab, in South Africa.
