    A passionate fan of the food and drink sector since a very early age, Victor has many strings to his bow, including pastries and cakes, cookery and service. Having received his education in a series of prestigious establishments, he very quickly advanced to positions of responsibility.


    The winner of a number of competitions, including French table service champion, Best Mojito Paris 2011 and Coffee in Good Spirits world champion, he formed his own company following the closure of the Ritz Hotel where he was working in the All Day Dining restaurant.


    Today he is a consultant in the creation of new concepts, a training consultant and a creator of flavours, and provides his services to professionals and the general public all over the world.
