    9.30am: International final of Chefs en Or (apprentices) – organised by Transgourmet
    Apprentice chefs will have to display imagination and a competitive attitude, tackling compulsory set subjects in the Chefs en Or competition.

    2pm: Trophée Masse - organised by Maison Masse
    A competition designed around a single product, foie gras, the Trophée Masse calls on both the technical prowess and the creativity of chefs. More information to follow.

    In this live contest in front of an audience, 7 French and international chefs will present their recipes to the members of a prestigious judging panel.
