Spazio Mori is the space dedicated to Italian gastronomy, imagined by the Parisian chef Massimo Mori.

From panettone in the morning to aperitivo at the end of the day, not to mention the pranzo for lunch, we find here the notion of excellence and Italian hospitality around an innovative fully equipped open kitchen.

A place for meetings, interactions and discoveries at the same time, the Spazio Mori welcomes one Italian women chef per day who will introduce you to an exclusive gastronomic experience.

Simultaneously bar, lounge and restaurant (with 120 seats), the Spazio Mori is designed by Thierry Virvaire, scenographer and artistic director partnering with the show. He brings in these three spaces an oneiric atmosphere, staged with different shades of reds and powder pinks which he holds dear.

Floor coverings as well as pieces of furniture will be designed in exclusivity for the project in partnership with the exhibitors who are renowned textile editors. The identity of the decoration is enhanced by a particularly wide and qualitative selection of unique textiles and highlighted with various shades revealing a warm and cosy atmosphere.

What would exceptional products mean without exceptional table designs? The Spazio Mori invite you to seat at these festive tables, created for the most part by women designers that where selected by Thierry Virvaire.

This space gives pride of place to furniture fabric designers and features a bar designed by LALLY & BERGER.

Highlights : This pair of interior designers, who are responsible for the recent renovation of 32 rooms and the Suite Belle Etoile (Rooftop penthouse of the hotel) of Le Meurice Hotel (Dorchester Collection Group) in Paris (1st arrondissement), plan to continue their work at the palace hotel in 2020, with the renovation of 20 other rooms.
